Bake A Few Pies

I’m not baking today so I’ve been spending a lot of time at the computer researching all the ins and outs of writing a cookbook. There is so much more to this than just sharing some recipes.

Obviously this is not as easy as it looks, but I’m up for the challenge. It’s almost like I’m learning to bake pies all over again since disposable tins bake differently than glass pie pans. Glass pans are also larger than disposable tins, so ingredients need to be adjusted. 

It will take some time to get it all figured out, but in the mean time Ross is loving it because he gets to eat much more pie than he normally does. He would eat pie everyday if he could. I think he takes after his grandfather who ate pie for breakfast. Is that a bad thing? Not if you love pie.

Unfortunately, I love pie too so this venture may cause me to purchase a whole new wardrobe. Oh well, you do what ya gotta do and in this case, it’s bake a few pies.
